ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been successfully verified.

Orders may be subject to additional verification procedures to ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity.


SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

AGE VERIFICATION & DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Toddy's Liquor strictly complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • A valid government-issued photo ID will be presented upon delivery
  • The package will be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age

Failure to provide valid identification may result in the shipment being returned.


FAILED DELIVERY & RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Failure to provide valid ID
  • Refusal of delivery

The package may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship within the United States and Canada only.

Certain states, provinces, or local jurisdictions may restrict alcohol shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that alcohol delivery is permitted in their area before placing an order.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your package status.


DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package and products (if damaged)
  • A detailed description of the issue

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
