RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Toddy's Liquor, we are committed to customer satisfaction while complying with all applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the nature of alcoholic products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the order meets the conditions outlined below.

2. ELIGIBLE REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

We may offer a refund or replacement if:

The item was damaged during transit
You received the wrong product

To qualify, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability
Failure to provide a valid 21+ government-issued ID upon delivery
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product quality

4. RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If an order is returned to us due to:

Delivery failure
Refusal of delivery
Invalid delivery information

Then:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment

5. REFUND PROCESSING

If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your financial institution

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

7. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and could affect future purchases.
